Body Psychotherapy

Description:
An initial consultation is conducted discussing
the client’s medical, mental, familial and personal history and lifestyle.
The client’s likes, dislikes, needs, wants and goals are identified.
This is from a list of questions regarding all relevant information previously
sent to the client via email. Ethics and Therapist/Client confidentiality,
payment options and required “homework” is also discussed in the
first consultation.
This is followed by a system of Talk therapy,
where the client will talk about current life circumstances. The psychodynamics
of how this relates to clients history will be identified as well as the clients
“holding patterns” in the body and energy field. Every session
is tailored to the individual’s requirements.
The goal of the therapist is for the client to be more in their body thus
relieving neurosis, tension and stress. The therapy is conducted in a clean,
well ventilated, comfortable room. The treatment is enhanced by the use of
a wide selection of tools, specifically chosen to suit each client.
The treatment is often revitalising and can offer relief from a myriad of
symptoms.
Energetic Alignment

Description:
An energetic alignment session involves
the clearing, activation and flow of the clients unique personal energy –
electromagnetic field (EMF).
The recipient lies on a massage table while
the practitioner carries out a series of graceful Tai-chi like movements which
involves passing their hands through the energy field of the client. This
field completely surrounds the body up to a distance of two feet. At times,
the practitioner will respectfully place their hands on the recipient’s
body to facilitate the flow of energy.
Each session strengthens – or recalibrates
– the EMF and allows it to carry a greater electrical charge. This will
help the client to make the shift through any blockages or fears that may
be holding them back in different areas of their life. This results in more
clarity, inner strength and a greater sense of direction to help move toward
their goals. While the process for each session is the same each time, the
calibration is unique in that is tuned to the needs of the individual receiving
the session.
